Please note, for minors we only pierce the following:
12-13 years old: earlobes
14-15 years old: earlobes, ear cartilage, nostrils
16-17 years old: earlobes, ear cartilage, nostrils, navel, facial piercings

As per Arkansas Act 414, minors may be pierced with on-site parental or legal-guardian consent and observation of the procedure. We require a photo ID from both the parent and the minor. If you do not have a photo ID, one can be obtained from your local Revenue Office for $5.
