Two piercings starting at $55, except both earlobes are $40.

As per NEW Arkansas regulations passed 04/04/2013, the MINIMUM AGE for a tattoo or piercing is now 16 years of age (with the exception of earlobe piercings). BOTH the person to undergo the procedure and the parent/legal guardian must have valid GOVERNMENT-ISSUED photo identification. If the last names DO NOT MATCH, documented chain of custody in the name change is ALSO required. It is a Class A misdemeanor for the artist and a Class D felony for the parent/guardian if the procedure is performed without said documentation.
